Abstract
Alzheimer¢¥s Disease, the most common form of dementing illness, affects at least 1.5 million American.. The progressive decline of cognitive and behavioral abilities that characterizes dementing illness diminish-s the quality-of life for family members as well as for the patients themselves. Alzheimer¢¥s disease can be described in terms of neuropathological changes and cognitive dysfunction. The requires that we identify and to the extent possible, modify specific disturbanes in function or helf the patient to compensate for them. The Nursing assessment examines function in three domains- the physical, psychosocial, and cognitive-within the context of the environment.
We do so as a team of nurses, physicians, social workers, and occupational and recreational theraphist:. To be able to peruse the past with acceptance and face the future with courage while present mental deficits threaten selfesteem and worth is the combined developmental-situational task of the person wit Alzheimers disease. Clear identification of tasks to be done and encouragement to perform those task that patients can master reinforce their sense of control and help them adapt successfully to their e - vironment.

A. An injury according to parts of body occurred the most frequent in lower leg with 83 cases (26.9%)
and .they occurred the ?most frequent due to contusion with 31 cases.
B. Am injured tines according to technique were the most frequent in kicking with 127 cases (41.1%)
and they were caused by contusion (34 cases), wound (32 cases) and sprain (29 cases).
C. In cause of an injury occurrence, in attacking was more frequent than in defensing and it occurred
the most frequent in foul others with 55 cases.
D. Injured times according to sports career were the most frequent in less than 5 years and in general,
The proportion of injured times was high in players of less career.
E. In remedial person of inury, doctor was the most frequent with 39.8% Also, remedy of the person
himself was high with 32.4%.
